Postoperative Inhaled Nitric Oxide Use and Early Outcomes after Fontan Surgery Completion

Abstract: A considerable number of patients after the Fontan operation require prolonged hospitalization due to significant perioperative morbidities. The early postoperative morbidity can be attributed to elevated pulmonary vascular resistance.
