Postoperative Pain Management: Efficacy of Caudal Tramadol in Pediatric Lower Abdominal Surgery: A Randomized Clinical Study

Abstract: Background: One of the methods of pain control after pediatric surgical procedures is regional techniques, including caudal block, despite their limitations.
