Posttranscriptional Site-Directed Spin Labeling of Large RNAs with an Unnatural Base Pair System Under Non-Denaturing Conditions

Abstract: <div> <p>Site-directed spin labeling (SDSL) of large RNAs for electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy remains challenging up-to-date.
