Abstract:Despite its increasing use in the management of symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia, the long-term complications after potassium-titanyl-phosphate photoselective vaporization of the prostate are poorly reported. We describe a rare complication of this technology-calculi formation in the prostatic urethra.
