Potencial Biotecnológico De Rizobactérias Promotoras De Crescimento De Plantas No Cultivo De Milho E Soja

Abstract: Eutroférrico. The NPK fertilization was carried out on the ground where the base saturation was previously corrected by the addition of calcium carbonate. Maize cultivation inoculation was made in the seeds and the experimental design was completely randomized type (3×3) by varying the type of inoculum, and amount of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium nutrients. The experiment with soybeans followed the design (3×3×2) by varying the type of inoculum, amount of NPK and type of inoculation (seed or soil). The experim… Show more

“…Rocha (2019) observed that inoculation of B. subtilis promoted significant increments for the number of pods per plant and the number of grains per plant in cowpea beans and common beans. Ratz et al (2017) verified that the inoculation of B. subtilis did not promote a significant increase in height in soybean plants but increased the number of pods and grains per plant. These results corroborate those found in the present study.…”

“…as plant growth-promoting bacteria in cotton under greenhouse conditions confirm that B. subtilis isolates 248, 290, and 263 may represent a good alternative as plant growthpromoting endophytes to cotton crops, as they positively affected several of the parameters assessed, such as root and shoot dry matter and phosphorus content in the soil. Ratz et al (2017) found a higher P content in the aerial part of corn plants inoculated with B. subtilis isolates. These results are in line with those found herein, where inoculations of B. subtilis Bs10 doses provided a higher content of P and ANAP in both soybean cultivars studied (Figures 1 and 3).…”

“…Essas são conhecidas como RPCVs quando apresentam efeitos benéficos sobre as culturas agrícolas (Montaldo, 2016). A promoção do crescimento vegetal pelas RPCVs está ligada a fatores como maior taxa germinativa das sementes, maior concentração de nutrientes nas plantas, aumento no acúmulo de fitomassa e altura de plantas, maior produção de grãos, dentre outros componentes da produtividade (Ratz, 2017).…”
