POTENSI EKSTRAK DAUN NANGKA (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) SEBAGAI ANTIOKSIDAN ALAMI

Abstract: Antioksidan merupakan suatu senyawa yang mampu menangkal atau meredam efek negatif oksidan dalam tubuh. Daun nangka (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) dapat digunakan sebagai antioksidan alami karena mengandung metabolit sekunder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi ekstrak daun nangka yang dapat digunakan sebagai antioksidan alami.
