Abstract: Skizofrenia paranoid merupakan tipe skizofrenia yang paling banyak diderita di berbagai negara.   Gejala psikosis yang dialami berupa delusi yang secara relatif stabil, seringkali bersifat paranoid, biasanya disertai dengan halusinasi, terutama halusinasi pendengaran, dan gangguan persepsi.
