Abstract: Perairan Indonesia menjadi salah satu jalur pelayaran internasional karena lokasinya yang strategis, yaitu terletak di antara Samudra Hindia dan Samudra Pasifik. Adanya jalur internasional ini menjadi wahana dalam interaksi ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya ke daerah-daerah di Kepulauan Indonesia.
