“…Lck expression was detected in a number of solid cancers including breast cancer [113,114,115,116], colon cancer [117,118,119], and lung carcinoma [119,120,121]. These observations have led to the hypothesis that Lck may have cancer promoting functions and hence may represent a potential diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target for solid cancers.…”

“…LAMP2 mediates the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes during autophagy and plays an important role in autophagosome maturation ( 34 ). In colon cancer, LAMP2 is differentially expressed and has specific diagnostic value in the early stage of colon cancer as a molecular marker ( 35 ). In breast cancer, high expression of LAMP2 is also detected, and its high expression is significantly associated with tumor progression ( 36 ).…”

“…It is correlated to the ability of NK-extracellular vesicles (EV) to induce cytotoxicity [35]. Additionally, serum GNLY may be a potential biomarker for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the early stage of colorectal adenocarcinoma and muscle-invasive bladder cancer [36][37][38]. The function of GNLY in TNBC immune microenvironment and immunotherapies deserves further research.…”
