Abstract: Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), a clinicopathological condition characterized by nephrotic-range proteinuria, has a high risk of progression to end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Meanwhile, the recurrence of FSGS after renal transplantation is one of the main causes of graft loss.
