Abstract: The potential of iodine-123 metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) to detect functional abnormalities of the pulmonary neuroadrenergic system (PNS) in irradiated lung areas (ILAS) was preliminarily explored using single-photon emission tomography (SPET).
