Depending on the current speed in a given section of the route, the coefficient C 4 is equal to 1.00 for the speed higher than 50 km/h and equal to 2.00 for the speed lower than 50 km/h or when stopping vehicles [6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15].
