Potential Role of RASA3 in Experimental Acute Lung Injury

Abstract: Rationale: Acute lung injury (ALI) and its more severe form, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) contribute to significant intensive-care unit (ICU) morbidity and mortality. Acute chest syndrome (ACS), a feared complication of sickle cell disease, may also lead to ARDS.
