Potential Typicality Marker of Volatile Composition of Commercial Sparkling Wines from the Caatinga Biome

Abstract: The present research aimed to identify the volatile profile of sparkling wines from São Francisco Valley, which products will have soon the Geographical Indication requested by the producers.
