Potential Use of Emerging Technologies for Preservation of Rice Wine and Their Effects on Quality: Updated Review

Abstract: Rice wine, a critical fermented alcoholic beverage, has a considerable role in different cultures. It contains compounds that may have functional and nutritional health benefits.
