A novel educational platform called the Shared Modeling and Simulation Environment (SMSE) was initiated in the ERASMUS+ “CybPhys” project. It integrates the Jupyter platform, including Jupyter Notebooks, with the Moodle Learning Management System for e-learning in the STEM field. This novel platform enhances e-learning by combining the content of training courses in Moodle with practical programming provided Jupyter’s capabilities to create virtual labs. A survey was conducted in the spring of 2023 among bachelor’s and master’s students at Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, which aimed at gathering feedback from students using SMSE in their e-learning process. Two student groups were involved: one of them consisted of students using SMSE in both the autumn and spring semesters and another represented the students starting with SMSE in the spring semester. The survey, based on the adjusted Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), was conducted to understand the acceptance of this e-learning approach. A comprehensive analysis of students’ answers based on the TAM approach revealed the inner process of the transformation of students’ perceptions during the acquisition of the SMSE platform. Our research demonstrates that SMSE effectively merges Moodle’s online learning capabilities with Jupyter Notebooks, providing a flexible and interactive learning experience for both in-class and remote students. It provides a web-based, multifunctional e-learning environment that combines a variety of tools and technologies, giving students the possibility to be involved in all sorts of teaching activities related to STEM education, such as theoretical knowledge, exercises, simulations and calculations, through the use of one single online environment.

Сучасні телекомунікаційні мережі застосовують нові інформаційні технології, які дозволяють їм у режимі реального часу гарантувати підвищення якості роботи , безпеки, доступності комунікаційних послуг. Такі телекомунікаційні мережі забезпечують необхідні значення показників якісної та вірогідної передачі різнотипної інформації, що здійснюється за рахунок використання інформаційного захисту. Тому при експлуатації сучасних телекомунікаційних мереж повинен бути використаний досить широкий спектр технічних та технологічних рішень для їх аналізу і моніторингу. В роботі запропоновано підходи для збільшення доступності використання інформаційних технологій по підвищенню якості роботи та безпеки сучасних телекомунікаційних мереж. Архітектура побудови сучасних інформаційних мереж на базі телекомунікацій дозволяє їх реалізувати із застосуванням сучасних технологій високого ступеня їх інтеграції. При цьому повинні враховуватись вимоги до якості надання таких телекомунікаційних послуг та ефективності використання захисту такої інформації. Практика сучасного використання і експлуатації таких телекомунікаційних мереж, пов'язана із їх недостатньою прозорістю, організаційними обмеженнями та специфікою роботи, яка визначає необхідність для більш широкого впровадження сучасних статистичних методів для аналізу якості роботи, їх захисту на основі відкритої інформації. Знаючи властивості інформаційних сигналів, видів комунікаційних послуг тут можна встановити відмінності між ними та використати їх для розроблення способів та методів забезпечення якості роботи мережі і передачі для доступності та захисту таких послуг. Дослідження дають можливість користувачам комунікаційної мережі отримувати послуги із необхідною якістю, достовірністю та дозволить подолати всі виникаючі проблеми захисту передачі потоків інформації.

In order to promote the development of sports industry teaching and accurately evaluate the teaching reform of sports industry, this paper constructs an evaluation model based on the teaching reform of sports industry. In addition, the k-means method is used to classify the teaching effect and simplify the data collection process, so as to improve the accuracy of teaching reform evaluation. The sample data come from the data released by the sports department and the government from 2017 to 2020, as well as the actual survey. The 26 evaluation indexes were determined by expert survey, questionnaire interview, and relevant domestic literature. In addition, the Euclidean distance in K-means method is used to calculate the weight of each index, and the results of the evaluation model are analyzed. The results show that the evaluation accuracy of the sports industry teaching reform model proposed in this paper is 98.4% and the error is 1.3%. The evaluation result is better than the previous ant colony model and is suitable for the evaluation of sports teaching reform.
