Abstract:The burden of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) will rise markedly -by 2040, it will be among the five leading causes of death worldwide. In the early stages, the disease is usually asymptomatic, which is why in many cases the diagnosis is lacking and the disease remains untreated.
