Abstract: RESUMEN Objetivo: identificar las prácticas de conservación, manipulación, preparación y consumo de los alimentos de las comunidades indígenas del Departamento de Chocó. Materiales y métodos: se realizó un estudio cualitativo descriptivo de tipo exploratorio.
