“…All this has the purpose to offer the scientific community a wide spectrum of instruments that serve to measure specific particular aspects and can be adapted to different contexts. This will allow the narrowing of research biases, as well as the attainment of precise studies with reliable and relevant results [ 79 ].…”

“…In order to know the suitability and relevance of the learning environment generated and experienced, it is essential to have adequate instruments that are validated and, especially, contextualized to the peculiarities of the region of the population under study [56]. All this is necessary to collect accurate data adjusted to the reality being analysed [57]. In this sense, the adaptation of previously designed tools for certain contexts is a necessary field of research to give depth to the scientific literature.…”

“…For this, the first stage of the study consisted of developing an instrument for online use to measure the variables of interest. The measurement scale was configured with 44 items associated with 6 sub-scales (STP, STT, BPT, BBT, PR_T, PR_S) as the study's theoretical recognized dimensions and also based on previous studies regarding mathematics teacher beliefs and practices (Giaconi et al, 2018;Saadati et al, 2019). These 6 sub-scales of the instrument demonstrated good psychometric properties with the sample of in-service mathematics teachers.…”
