Abstract:Pragmatic-integrative geography for secondary school teachers? An example from university classes The article introduces conceptual ideas of "pragmatic-integrative geography" and explains how these ideas are applied to teaching modules for students aiming to become secondary school teachers, in Switzerland. The lectures, as well as the text, show the fruitful cooperation of a team consisting of four geographers with research interests in human and physical geography.
