Praziquantel Treatment of Eosinophilic Gastritis Suspected to Be Due to Cerebral Sparganosis

Abstract: Eosinophilic gastritis is characterized by eosinophilic infiltration of the gastrointestinal tract, which is associated with abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. The possible etiologies of secondary eosinophilic gastritis, including drug reactions, parasitic infestation, and malignancy, must be evaluated.
