Pre- and Post-Tenure: Perceptions of Requirements and Impediments for Faculty in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, and Construction Disciplines

Abstract: Nicholas Tymvios received a B.S. and M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 1999, and 2002 respectively. After working for four years in Cyprus in the construction industry, he was accepted into the Ph.D. program at Oregon State University, where he graduated in 2013 with a degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Construction Engineering and Management.
