“…Existen aún muchos retos en el campo de la medicina deportiva; si bien esta revisión sistemática propone una posible dosificación del ejercicio, esta debe ser implementada y probada en futuros estudios para asegurar su efectividad, contemplando las múltiples problemáticas asociadas a la prescripción de planes preventivos en el futbol existentes, entre las cuales destacan los problemas de comunicación entre el equipo técnico y médico, los vacíos en la evidencia científica para respaldar los protocolos y, por último, la adherencia y cumplimiento de los planes (Tumiñá-Ospina et al, 2022).
