Abstract:Accuracy and efficiency of every aspect of Kirchhoff migration (travel time calculation and interpolation, seismic data I/O, anti-aliasing, amplitude and illumination compensation, job partitioning, etc.) are critical in obtaining a timely, high-quality depth imaging result.
