Abstract:Fluorescence analysis is an increasingly important contributor to the early diagnosis of kidney diseases. To achieve precise visualization of the kidneys and early diagnosis of related diseases, an asymmetric pyrrolopyrrolidone (DPP) dye platform with C-aromatic substituents and N-lipophilic/hydrophilic modification was constructed. Based on these, we developed the renalclearable, water-soluble, and kidney injury biomarker leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) activated ratiometric fluorescent probe DPP-S-L. In the mou… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
