Abstract:The design and orderly layered co‐immobilization of multiple enzymes on resin particles remain challenging. Herein, the SpyTag/SpyCatcher binding pair was fused to the N‐terminus of an alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and an aldo‐keto reductase (AKR), respectively.
