Using high-precision Penning trap mass spectrometry at the LEBIT facility we have measured the Q values of the 4th order forbidden β-decay and electron capture of 50 V and the double electron capture Q value of 50 Cr with the results Q β (50 V) = 1038.1(1) keV, QEC (50 V) = 2208.7(1) keV, Q2EC (50 Cr) = 1170.5(1) keV. In addition, we have measured the atomic masses of 46,47,49,50 Ti, 50,51 V, and 50,52−54 Cr, reducing uncertainties by factors of up to 3 compared to the most recent atomic mass evaluation (Ame2016) [M. Wang, et.al ., Chin. Phys. 41, 030003 (2017)]. Our results are in good agreement with Ame2016 for 46,47,49,50 Ti and 50,54 Cr, and show deviations of up to ∼1 keV (2.5σ) for 50,51 V and 50,54 Cr.
