Preclinical Management of Thromboembolic Disorders

Abstract: Preclinical management faces considerable diagnostic and therapeutic limitations. Patient history, physical examination, and few technical means (electrocardiogram [ECG], blood glucose measurement) must suffice to arrive at a suspected or definite diagnosis.
