Abstract:Etripamil is a calcium channel blocker currently in Phase 3 trials for the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). Systemic and local toxicity following once-weekly intranasal administration of etripamil was evaluated in cynomolgus macaques to support clinical development.
