Predicting circuit board reliability for motor drives under varying application and environmental conditions

Abstract: Operating and non-operating temperatures as well as power and duty cycles affect electronic component reliability. The ability to predict the reliability of a printed circuit board (PCB) is important during the early part of the design process.
