Predicting hemorrhagic transformation in posterior circulation stroke patients not treated with reperfusion therapies

Abstract: Introduction Posterior Circulation (PC) stroke represents one-fifth of all ischemic strokes, with peculiar physiological characteristics. Hemorrhagic Transformation (HT) is a dreaded complication among stroke patients.
