Predicting Lactate Threshold With Rate of Perceived Exertion in Young Competitive Male Swimmers

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of the rate of perceived exertion threshold (RPET) for predicting young competitive swimmers’ lactate threshold (LT) during incremental testing.
