Predicting Sense of Efficacy and Teachers’ Job Satisfaction of Teachers from Their Perceptions of the Decision Participation

Abstract: This study examines the hypothesis that teachers' perceptions of the decision participation may predict their teaching efficacy and job satisfaction.
