Prediction of a balanced rearrangement by preimplantation genetic screening (PGS)

Abstract: While there are various testing methodologies that are best suited in cases of known parental rearrangements, tNGS offers enhanced identification of balanced rearrangement carriers compared to previous testing methodologies.
