Prediction of Aphasia Outcome Using Diffusion Tensor Tractography for Arcuate Fasciculus in Stroke

Abstract: BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE:The AF is an important neural tract in language function. We investigated aphasia outcome according to DTT findings for AF in the early stage of stroke.
