Prediction of Weld Deformations by Numerical Methods - Review

Abstract: The welding process is the basic technique of joining in the shipbuilding industry. This method generates welding distortions that cause a lot of problems during the manufacturing process due to both the time and cost of straightening as well as their influence on later stages of production.
