Predictive hazard markers for the ranking of pulmonary toxicity of nanomaterials

Abstract: Background We analyzed the mRNA expression of chemokines in rat lungs following intratracheal instillation of nanomaterials in order to find useful predictive markers of the pulmonary toxicity of nanomaterials.
