Predictive value of 3D ultrasound assessment of endometrial receptivity for PGD/PGS for transfer pregnancy outcome

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the predictive value of three-dimensional ultrasound assessment of endometrial receptivity in PGD/PGS transplantation patients on pregnancy outcome. Methods: 280 patients undergoing PGD/PGS transplantation were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the patients' pregnancy outcomes. The general conditions, endometrial receptivity indexes of the two groups were compared. Multifactorial logistic regression analysis was used to determine the factors influencing pregn… Show more

“…Conversely, the likelihood of pregnancy improves when blood vessels can be seen extending into the sub endometrial halo and the endometrium. The assessment of ultrasound parameters related to the endometrium and the examination of blood flow in the uterus and endometrium have been widely regarded as indicators of implantation in in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo transfer procedures [7] . The use of 3D US-PDA offers the distinct benefit of concurrently evaluating both the blood flow inside the endometrium and the volume of the endometrium (EV) [8] .…”
