Abstract:Objective: To analyze the predictive value of coagulation function, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and placental growth factor (PIGF) for postpartum hemorrhage in patients with perilous placenta previa (PPP). Methods: The clinical data of 104 PPP patients were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into a hemorrhage group (n=68) and a non-hemorrhage group (n=36).
