Abstract: Conduction disturbance requiring permanent pacemaker (PPM) implantation is a common complication after transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) using Medtronic self-expanding CoreValve, and has remained common following the introduction of the new generation CoreValve Evolut R device.
