Abstract:Human nucleotide exchange factors GRPEL1 and GRPEL2 play pivotal roles in the ADP–ATP exchange within the protein folding cycle of mitochondrial HSP70 (mtHSP70), a crucial chaperone facilitating protein import into the mitochondrial matrix.
