Preferowane źródła informacji dotyczącej żywności w opinii konsumentów

Abstract: Konsumenci są zainteresowani problematyką żywności i żywienia, więc chętnie i często poszukują informacji o żywności. Mogą korzystać w tym celu z wielu źródeł: Internetu, mediów społecznościowych, telewizji, książek, czasopism i innych. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań wśród reprezentatywnej grupy 2000 konsumentów na temat preferowanych źródeł informacji o żywności. Badania zostały przeprowadzone metodą CAWI w 2020 roku.
