Preferred Leadership Behavior in the Serbian Setting: A Cross-Regional Perspective

Abstract:The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between national culture and preferred leadership behavior in the Republic of Serbia. Using the Value Survey Module 2008 (VSM08) and the Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire XII (LBDQXII), the research is conducted on a sample of 344 employees in Serbian business organizations.
