Pregnancy in an isthmocele: A rare case from Nepal

Abstract: An infrequent form of ectopic pregnancy, pregnancy in an isthmocele can be hazardous due to hemorrhage or uterine rupture. With no clear guidelines for the management of this condition, surgery is the preferred option.
