Abstract:A unicornuate uterus with a non-communicating rudimentary horn has always been a notorious uterine malformation threatening normal pregnancy continuation. Pregnancy in the rudimentary horn of the uterus is rare, but it plays an essential role in maternal morbidity and mortality.
