Pregnancy Management and Outcome in ADAMTS13 Deficiency: A Case Report

Abstract: Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP) is a genetic hematological disorder which includes deficiency of "Von willebrand factor cleaving protease" along with severe thrombotic microangiopathy that leads to microangipathic hemolytic anemia.
