Pregnancy outcomes in severe polyhydramnios: no increase in risk in patients needing amnioreduction for maternal pain or respiratory distress

Abstract: Amnioreduction performed to relieve maternal symptoms did not statistically increase the risk of pregnancy complications with severe polyhydramnios in single pregnancies.
