Abstract: Purpose of investigation: To assess the preliminary results of tubal surgery and its effect on pregnancy outcome. Materials and Methods: The study included 440 patients with unilateral or bilateral tubal disease as the only cause of the infertility. All patients undergoing a laparoscopy for infertility were studied in reproductive surgery centre. The fallopian tube was classified into class I-IV.
