Preliminary Study on Detecting the SARS-CoV Specific Target cDNA Fragments by Multiplex PCR

Abstract: The multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique was applied to detect the SARS-CoV (severe acute respiratory syndrome-associated coronavirus) specific target cDNA fragments in the present study.
