Preliminary Thermal Investigations of Calcium Antimonate Opacified White Glass Tesserae

Abstract: Calcium antimonate (in the hexagonal or cubic form) dispersed in the glass matrix is an artificially synthesized phase commonly documented as opacifier for white glasses during the Roman period.
